Project Name & Scope of the project: 

 Augmentation/Upgradation of existing LED Street Lights to Smart LED Street Lights by adding Controller    System including O& M for Five (05) Years in Prayagraj Nagar Nigam Limits

1.  Comprehensive survey of each area with earthing conditions before providing financial quote and provide light quantity / condition to PNN/PNN.
2. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Dual Light control system DLCU (Dual Light control unit) at 5100 locations on Main Roads including 32 Lux sensors at different locations to cover entire area. 
3. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 1700 Group/cluster control Feeder Pillars with FCU (Feeder Control units) as per specifications.
4. Integration with ICCC including all necessary software and programs.
5. Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of missing items such as SPD, earthings, connecting wires, painting etc. to complete the job.
6. Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of the Control & monitoring system includes DLCU and Group control panels and application software management system etc. for a period of 05 Years after commissioning.
7. Luminaries will be in conducting mode based on the astronomical guidelines & the individual poles housing LED luminaires will get electric supply as per the necessary and determined schedule.
8. All Communication, gateway charges, accessories, any other medium considered to be essential for successful to and from communication between luminaire and Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC).

Current Project Status: 

Over 3362 DLCU and 1700 Feeder panel along with infrastructure upgrade equipment’s are installed over 8 Zones in Prayagraj Nagar Nigam
