Project Name & Scope of the project: 

 

Supply and Fixing of LED Street lights with Poles, Cables and required materials for new street light arrangement and maintenance of existing lights of Zone No. 4 and 8 with 03 years comprehensive maintenance work extendable up to 05 years

 

  1. Survey of existing light with maintain a record with longitude and latitude including Geographical tagging location.
  2. Supply & Fixing of Sticker with logo of NNP
  3. Repairing of existing LED light including cable connector and LED driver at site.
  4. Supply and fixing of steel tubular pole 9 meter long designated 410 sp 32 in 1: 3: 6 cement concrete foundation including excavation back filling and painting.
  5. Supply and fixing of steel tubular pole 7.50 meter long designated 410 sp 32 in 1: 3: 6 cement concrete foundation including excavation back filling and painting. 
  6. Supply and fixing of LED Street light Fitting having die cast aluminum body and diffuser with driver. 
  7. S/E of overhead line Aluminum conductor PVC insulated armored served sheathed cable 1100 volts grade on pole with clamps. Nuts, bolts insulator etc. with supporting G.I. wire SWG complete in all respect.
  8. Supply and fixing of automatic switch/astronomical digital switch for switching of streetlight, cubicle control panel painted with anti-corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of timer switch. TSO.100 series with contractors, HRC fuse isolating switch metering instrument and instrument box with CT’s complete in all respect.
  9. Supply and fixing of MS frame suitable for 4 number 1 x 200 W LED light. The frame made of round/square set on the top of pole and Provided site cable entry point nut bolt & painting etc.
  10. S/E of stay set at least 3.5 m.t. away from the pole complete with galvanized 19 m.m dia x 1.80 long stay rod 30cmx30cmx6.3m.m anchor plat thimble stay clamps. Stay insulator 19 m.mx600 m.m double screw lightener 7/3.5 m.m G.I stay wire etc. in 1:3:6:
  11. Making of pole earthing with 1.8 mtr long 6 mm dia MS rod connected with overhead earth line.
  12. Supply and Fixing of Junction Box on pole.
  13. Cost for boring with trenchless technology of laying of cable.

 

Current Project Status: 

Over 2000 LED Street Light, 200 Poles and 100 Feeder panel along with infrastructure upgrade equipment’s are installed over Zone-4 & 8 in Prayagraj Nagar Nigam.
